We will be switching hotels going from Riverside to Polynesian half way through our trip. Does anyone have any recommendations on the easiest way to do this? Can you have your luggage transferred or do you have to take it?

    Hi There Kimberly,

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! You're going to be staying at two of my favorite Resort Hotels at the Walt Disney World Resort! Disney's Port Orleans Resort - Riverside is situated along the Sassagoula River, and you'll enjoy the laid-back charm of the Bayou. My kids love Ol’ Man Island pool and in my opinion, Riverside Mill Food Court is one of the best Quick Service Dining Restaurants on property. If you get the chance you should rent a Surrey Bike and cruise around the Resort; it's so much fun! Disney's Polynesian Village Resort gives you access to the Resort Monorail making it super easy to get to both Magic Kingdom Park and Epcot. You can also enjoy the view of Wishes nighttime spectacular from the beach area of the Resort. Don't miss grabbing some Tonga Toast at Kona Cafe during your stay!

There's no need to worry about transferring your luggage from one Resort to another. On the day of your Resort Hotel change all you have to do is contact a Cast Member in Bell Services at your first Resort and they will help with the transfer of your luggage. Let them know which Resort Hotel you need your bags transferred to and they will take care everything while you enjoy your day at the Theme Parks!

Please stop back by if you have any additional vacation planning questions!

    Magical Wishes,
    Susan
