Hi Emilio, welcome to planDisney!
In less than two weeks, you will be passing under the magical archway that welcomes you to Walt Disney World Resort. April showers bring May flowers, except when you're talking about the EPCOT International Flower and Garden Festival, which features stunning floral displays,
character topiaries, delicious food and beverage from the
outdoor kitchens, and
live entertainment March 2 through July 4.
Valid admission and theme park reservations are currently required for theme park entry.
Tickets are
linked and assigned to individuals in
My Disney Experience, at which point you can make theme park reservations. It sounds like you may already have theme park reservations but would like to switch to a different park. Theme park reservations cannot be modified so this would require an existing theme park reservation to be canceled and a new one rebooked in its place. Let's go over the Disney details of that process.
Before you even consider canceling any current theme park reservations, Emilio, you must check the
Theme Park Reservation Availability Calendar to see if the park you would like to switch to has availability that day. Theme park availability is filling up the last week in April/first week in May and I would hate for you to cancel a theme park reservation and be left with no theme park reservations at all. Once you've confirmed that availability for your desired park does exist, immediately go to the
My Plans page of your My Disney Experience account. Scroll down to your "Daily Itinerary" and the Disney Park Pass listed for the desired cancellation date. Click "View Details" and "Cancel This Reservation." Next, proceed immediately to the Disney Park Pass System to make your new
theme park reservation.
If availability for your desired park does not currently exist, just keep checking as availability can changes as Guests like you modify their itineraries. Alternately, if you have or add the
Park Hopper Option to your theme park ticket, it is possible to visit any other park after 2:00 p.m. A theme park reservation is only required for the first theme park you enter.
I really hope your new dream for your park day works out, Emilio. Please let planDisney know if there's anything else we can do to assist you during your final vacation countdown.
Choose magic,
Jennifer
