Joy from CA Asked Please note that experiences, policies, pricing and other offerings are subject to change and may have changed since the date of this answer.

How do I switch my reservations for Disney? I want to change the days for Magic Kingdom from Monday May 2nd to Thursday, April 28th and then I want to change Hollywood Studios from Tuesday May 3rd to Monday May 2nd.

Hey there, Joy, and welcome to planDisney! The more things change, the more they stay the same. You may be switching your Theme Park days around, but you’re still headed to Walt Disney World! And that’s all that matters!

Joy, you cannot directly edit your Theme Park reservations after booking. However, you can make changes by canceling your current Theme Park reservations and making new ones in the Disney Park Pass Reservation system. Be sure to review the Reservation Availability Calendar before making any changes to your current reservations. Your new dates are currently showing availability for your desired Theme Parks; however, availability is constantly changing.

Joy, since your Theme Park Tickets are date-based, if your new Theme Park dates are not within your original window you may have to edit your ticket dates as well. Walt Disney World uses a date-based pricing model, so if your new dates are more expensive than your original arrival dates, you will have to pay the difference when you finish processing your changes. You can change your Theme Park Ticket dates by going into your My Disney Experience Account, selecting “My Plans,” and selecting the “Change Tickets” option for your upcoming visit. If you run into any trouble changing your ticket dates, you can reach out to an Existing Tickets Cast Member at (407) 934-7639 for further assistance.

I hope this helps, Joy! Your Walt Disney World vacation awaits!

    Until Next Time,
