How to switch park reservations for same day start at different park?

Hey, howdy, hey, Brendan! Thanks for swinging by planDisney to see us. I’m happy to help you with some information for your upcoming visit!

Brendan, the only way to modify a theme park reservation is to cancel the current reservation. Switching to start at a different park would require you to cancel your current reservation first before making a new reservation. You would be taking a chance that your newly desired reservation won’t be available anymore by the time you make the change, as availability can change very quickly.

Unless you are truly needing to start at the other park, my recommendation is to keep your current reservation at this point. With a Park Hopper ticket, after 1:00 p.m. you can go to the other park and continue hopping back and forth as much as you’d like between the two parks for the rest of the day.

Brendan, in case you’re in search for more tips for your upcoming visit, the latest planDisney Podcast episode just dropped last week and it’s full of tips about Disneyland Resort! It also includes information about the three Nighttime Spectaculars that just returned last week!

Enjoy your visit to infinity and beyond,
