    Hello ! How do I switch a park reservation please ? I would like to switch 2 days around, I have seen other comments but I think the app must have been updated since then as it doesn't work Thanks

    Hello and welcome to planDisney, Rebecca. I am delighted that you've stopped by to have my help with your planning question. 

    Rebecca, it doesn't really surprise me that you aren't able to find the "Modify" option for the park pass reservation that you'd like to change on the MyDisneyExperience app. This happens to me all the time. Sometimes I am able to modify my park pass reservations on the app and then other times I don't have any options to choose from at all. I'm not a tech-savvy person so I can't really say for sure why this happens but it certainly can be confusing. 

    If you aren't seeing the option to modify your existing park pass reservations on the MyDisneyExperience app, I'd suggest you try on your computer instead. What you'll do is log in to your MyDisneyExperience account. Then, you'll scroll down until you see the "My Plans, Reservations and Tickets" section. Under that, you should see your park pass reservations listed out. and the option to "View Details". Once you select that, this will bring you to another page where you should see the option to "Modify Reservation" or "Cancel Reservation". If you want to modify, you'll choose that option and then go through the automated process of picking a different park pass reservation. 

    If you've tried doing it that way and you still aren't seeing the modify option, Rebecca, you are going to have to do it the old-fashioned way and cancel that particular park pass reservation and rebook. However, before you go that route I highly encourage you to take a peek at the Walt Disney World Theme Park Availability calendar and make sure there is still availability at the theme park you'd like to switch to for your particular ticket type. Parks often will sell out of park pass reservations and I'd hate for you to drop your current one and then be stuck with nothing. So be sure to check first!
