Hello there, Jade. Thanks for stopping by planDisney to ask your question.
Oftentimes, when I plan my Walt Disney World vacations I do a lot of itinerary switching around especially after making dining reservations so I am no stranger to switching
park pass reservations around, Jade. However, as of right now, you can't actually modify your existing park pass reservations. To change days around, you'll actually have to cancel your existing park pass reservations and select all new ones.
Before you do that, however, I do highly encourage you to take a look at the
Walt Disney World Theme Park availability calendar. This is going to show you if there is availability at the theme parks you'd like to switch to. The calendar is broken down into three categories - Guests with resort reservations, Guests with tickets only and Annual Passholders. Be sure to view the calendar that most pertains to you as they do all have different availabilities.
Once you've checked to make sure there is still availability at the theme park you'd like to switch to, you can go ahead and log in to your
MyDisneyExperience account. From there, you'll want to scroll down until you see your daily itinerary. You should see your park pass reservation listed and the option to "View Details". You'll select that button and this will bring you to a screen where you should see the option to "Cancel Reservation". If you are sure you'd like to change your park pass reservations, you'll need to go ahead and hit cancel. Once you've done that, you can go back to the park pass reservation website and start that process. You'll select your travel party, a date on the calendar and then the theme park you'd like to visit. If all goes well, you'll be taken to a confirmation page and then should see your new itinerary reflected on your MyDisneyExperience account. You'll need to repeat that process for each day that you'd like to switch around.
If park pass reservations are no longer available for the theme parks you'd like to visit each day, you could always consider upgrading your tickets to include the
park hopper option. Park hopping is where you can visit multiple Walt Disney World Theme Parks in one day. To do this, you still need to make park pass reservations for the first theme park you'd like to visit. Then, after you've entered that theme park you can "hop" to another one starting at 2:00 p.m. each day. I personally love park hopping, it's my favorite way to spend a Disney day!
I hope this helps, Jade. If you have any trouble switching your park pass reservations around, please
come back and we can figure it out together.
Have a great day!
