Hiya Elizabeth! Welcome to planDisney!
Adventure awaits at The Happiest Place on Earth! I'm sure the countdown has begun and you're already planning which Mickey-shaped treats are first up on your list. Speaking of treats, check out this
Halloween Foodie Guide before you arrive. The Disneyland Resort is filled with frightful deliciousness adding a little extra magic to your stay!
Elizabeth, it is possible to switch your starting park. The first step in this process, and an important one at that, is to check the
Theme Park Reservation Availability Calendar to see if the park you'd like to visit has openings for that day. Once you confirm that the park is available, you will need to cancel your original theme park reservation and make a new reservation for the other park. Make sure you make the new reservation right after canceling. Park reservation availability is always subject to change, so you don't want to leave too much time in between. You'll want to start by logging into your My Disneyland account, hovering over the My Disneyland tab and selecting "Ticket and Reservation Details." Here, you'll find all of your active tickets and park reservations. Simply hit cancel next to the one you'd like to cancel, then
make a new park reservation for the park of your choice. If you need more in-depth instructions, my good pal and fellow panelist, Tara, details the process of
canceling a reservation and making a new one beautifully. If you follow her lead, you'll be all set to enjoy the magic!
I hope this is your happiest trip yet, Elizabeth!
See ya real soon,
Ashley
