When I switch AP vouchers for our AP passes, will the passes be a card like the resort key I will receive at checkin? This is a first for us bcs we have always done a package in the past and everything was on the one card. Will I have 2 cards this time?

Hi Jerry! I too am an Annual Pass holder and love the benefits and savings that it brings to me on every Disney vacation!

Unfortunately the Annual Pass you will be given will be a soft paper card and not the hard plastic such as your room keycard.  I wish they would give us the plastic as it would be easier to keep and not worry about the wear and tear. They will give you a paper holder for it which helps some.  You will have to keep up with two cards but it isn't really that bad.  The Annual Pass gives you so much and you should also consider buying a Tables of Wonderland card now too. Being an Annual Pass holder you will have the chance to purchase this which will give you a 20% savings on all food and beverage (including alcohol) at participating restaurants on property. That is just about all of them too. Only one person in your family needs to purchase this as it is good for up to ten guests. If you are heading to a resort for dinner you can also have free valet parking by just taking the dinner receipt and presenting it to the valets with your card. We find the savings works for us better then purchasing a dining plan in advance so it is something to consider.

    Enjoy your Annual Pass!
