Hi Debora,
Thank you for stopping by planDisney with a great question!
From the sound of it, you are trying to manage your
My Disney Experience account. There are at least two possible options. It sounds to me like you want to share plans. If so, then you all just need to be connected through the
My Family and Friends List in My Disney Experience. If your other family members have their own My Disney Experience accounts, you will need to send them an invitation to connect. Go to the My Family & Friends List and click on Add a Guest. I usually just enter their name and age and then the system will let you send them an email invitation to connect. Just be sure that you use the email address that is affiliated with their My Disney Experience account.
The second option would be that you create profiles for your family and manage those profiles yourself. I have done this for my children and husband (he had a My Disney Experience account, but we deactivated it with the help of a
Cast Member in Website Support). Whether or not you share or manage plans, you should be able to see the plans of others with whom you are connected. Just check to make sure the folks you sent the email to connect with have selected the option to Share All Plans (you can check this by going to the Family & Friends List and clicking on the Update Guest link beside each name).
When you have either connected with everyone or are managing everyone's plans, you will be able to make
advanced dining reservations and
Disney Park Pass system reservations for your entire party. I love managing the profiles for my girls and hubby. And my hubby is quite relieved that he does not have that responsibility!
Debora, I hope this helps! You can always
contact a Cast Member in Website Support to get assistance with setting up your My Disney Experience account. I trust you will get your account sorted out and be off to the races with planning!
Magic and memories,
Donyell
