As a Swiss citizen, how can I book a hotel and park tickets at Disney World Orlando? The website refers us to travel agencies, but we don't want to use them (only one hotel available, which doesn't suit us).

    Hi there Dominic,

Welcome to planDisney and thank you for stopping by with your question. We are happy you stopped by and can help guide you to the right options. Visiting Walt Disney World is such an exciting time, and planning it is the more than half of the fun. Staying inside the magic at a Disney Resorts Collection Hotel is the best place to call home for a week. If you have visited the website and it is guiding you to speak with a travel agent this unfortunately is the only option available. These agents should have different room options and ticket options depending on availability. If you continue to have issues you can call for assistance by phone.

When you do finally get that vacation set up for September there is so much magic waiting for you. If you are planning on visiting in 2025 there are some benefits you must hear about. On check-in day you will be able to visit a water park for free in 2025! That’s right while your room is being prepared you can splash down at Typhoon Lagoon or Blizzard Beach. Stop by whichever resort you are staying at and drop off your luggage at Bell Services. When it is time to check-in, simply give a call from your room or pick your bags up before heading to your room.

I hope this information is helpful for booking your September trip. If you have any other questions visit us again at planDisney.com.

    Have a magical day,
