    are swimming suits required at the water parks or can guests wear shorts/tops?

    I didn't know the answer to your question with 100% certainty, Jeanne, so I called for an official answer and I am able to report that guests can indeed opt to wear shorts and a top as opposed to a swimsuit.  It is important to note, though, that the shorts cannot be cut-off.  Further, if there are any rivets, buckles or exposed metal on clothing, guests will not be permitted to experience the water attractions.  I hope that clears things up for you.  Have a great time and hang ten for me!
