We swapped a sailing on the Dream for the Fantasy because my husband decided that it would be nice to add some park hopping days on either side of the cruise. When should I call to book round trip Ground Transportation between the resort & port? Thanks!

    Hi, Lindsay!

I am excited to hear that you will be visiting Walt Disney World both before and after your Disney Cruise! Your family will have so much magic packed into this vacation! To avoid overpacking for your trip, make use of the Self-Service Laundry available on the Disney Fantasy. Toss in a load or two mid-cruise and hopefully that will carry you through until the end of your magical adventure on land and sea!

As soon as you have your Disney Resort Hotel reservation booked and your flight arrangements made, give a call to Disney Cruise Line so they can book your ground transportation for you. Have all the names of the guests in your travel party along with flight times and flight numbers. This will make booking your transfers super quick and easy!

When you arrive back to Walt Disney World post-cruise, your Disney Resort Hotel room may not be ready yet, but feel free to drop your bags at Bell Services then head off to the pool, theme parks, or wherever your plans may be. If you completed online check-in, you will be notified via text or email when your room is ready.

Wishing you a magical vacation in Walt Disney World, on the Disney Fantasy, then back at Walt Disney World! Mickey Mouse will certainly be happy to see you during your travel adventure! See you real soon!

Meet the Panelist: Cathy, Ohio

Hi, I'm Cathy from Cleveland. I love to travel, especially in the winter to escape the cold of Ohio! My husband and 2 kids share my enthusiasm for travel, so we enjoy our adventures together whether it is sailing with Disney Cruise Line, running (or cheering!) at runDisney events, taking hula lessons at Aulani, or vacationing at the Walt Disney World which is our home away from home. I am proud to be a part of the planDisney team and cannot wait to share my tips and advice for a magical vacation
