    From the Swan best way to Chef Mickey: walk to Epcot, then monorail to Contemporary or just take the bus to MK and walk to Contemporary? What time of morning does monorail and buses start? And from Swan is monorail quicker than buses to MK?

    Hi there Heather!

    From the Swan, the quickest way to get to Chef Mickey's in the Contemporary Resort would be to take the bus to Magic Kingdom and then walk over to the Contemporary. The walk to the monorail stop in EPCOT from the Swan is a great distance and World Showcase doesn't open until later in the morning so you couldn't get to Future World until much later. Monorail and bus service to the parks begins one hour prior to park opening. I did read in the Disney frequently Asked Questions section of the Guide to the Magic brochure:

    Early morning Character Breakfast transportation is available for Resort Guests with reservations at Disney Theme Park or Resort location. Check with your Resort's Concierge for detailed information, since it varies between parks.

    So, as long as you make a Advance Dining Reservation at Chef Mickey's, the concierge will find a way to get you to your appointment!
