We are surprising our kids with a trip to DWD and we are also meeting friends there. We would like ajoining rooms or would like to be close to one another, is this possible? Also, can we go right from the airport to the parks? How do we get our tickets?

    Hi Cara,

Surprise trips to Disney World are so much fun!

While room requests are never guaranteed, Disney does do their best to honor them. You and your friends will both want to call 407-939-7675 to put in requests to be located near each other. Ask again upon check-in to confirm that they have placed you as close to each other as possible.

The Magical Express brings you directly to your Resort. You'll need to go there first anyway, as your park tickets will be on your "Key to the World Card" that you'll get at check-in. This Card will serve as your room key, park passes and will hold your Disney Dining Plan credits (if you purchased the Plan).

Even if your room isn't available upon check-in, you can still get your passes and head to the parks to enjoy the day.

    Have a wonderful vacation,
