    I am surprising my fiancé with a honeymoon to disneyworld for 9 days! It is an annual tradition that we go for a least a week every year with our two kids. What can I do special this year for our honeymoon? Ps: this is a “family moon” with our kids!

    Hello Matherine!

    Congratulations! It seems like only yesterday my husband and I were celebrating our Disney-moon at Walt Disney World Resort. It was also a "family moon" and we had an incredible time celebrating in the Most Magical Place on Earth.

    Our trip happened to coincide with the dates for Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party, so we attended the event as a special addition to our visit. It was so fun to dress up together and spend the evening trick-or-treating. That trip we also planned a Specialty Cruise to watch the fireworks and toast our own happily ever after. It was also a lot of fun and I remember my step-son thinking he was a real VIP with a private boat ride. 

    What ever you decide to do, I am sure it will be magical. I do suggest setting up a Disney Honeymoon Registry as it was a great way for family and friends to gift us items and experiences and help plan our fairy tale vacation.
