Hi! We are surprising our 3 children with a trip to Disney world on November 17th. They are 6 yrs, 5 yrs, and 2 years. I'm trying to decide on which character dining to do, any suggestions? We've already done cinderellas royal table and crystal palace.

    Hi Kelly,

What a great surprise!  I'm sure your children are going to be over the moon excited when they hear the news about their Walt Disney a world Resort Vacation!  Character Dining is so much fun, my family and I try to visit as many character dining locations as possible during our trips, no matter which dining location you choose, you will not be disappointed!

If you enjoyed Cinderella's Royal Table and would like to dine with the Disney Princesses I would recommend Princess Storybook Dining at Akershus Royal Banquet Hall, located in EPCOT.  This dining location has a delicious menu with a European flare.  The Princesses are of course on hand to meet and chat with your family, and a Photo Imaging Package is also included in the price of your meal.

Another great option that my daughter loves is Donald's Dining Safari Breakfast at Tusker House Restaurant in Disney's Animal Kingdom.  This is a great all you care to eat buffet with an African influence, that still offers traditional American favourites as well.  Here you will met some classic Disney Characters including Mickey Mouse, Minnie Mouse and Goofy.

Those are my top selections mostly because the menu offers something slightly different from a typical buffet or Table-Service Meal.  If you would like to choose something that offers classic cuisine with a great atmosphere, Chef Mickey's is not to be missed.  This all you care to eat buffet is on my family's must do list  on every one of our Walt Disney World Vacations.

I hope my suggestions help Kelly, if you have any more questions or would like some more information regarding Character Dining, please let me know.  I would be happy to help.
