I want to make sure my ticket and theme park reservations were done correctly. I made them online.

    Hiya Lisa, welcome to planDisney!

Aladdin has Abu. Lilo has Stitch. I'm happy to be your Disney sidekick as we check to make sure you have all of your Donalds, I mean ducks, in a row before your upcoming Walt Disney World Resort vacation. Keep an eye out for Abu, Stitch, Donald, and the other Fab 50 character sculptures located throughout the four theme parks during the 50th Anniversary Celebration. At select sculptures in EPCOT, you can even scan a QR code that will give you a behind-the-scenes peek at the making of these magical molds.

Your My Disney Experience account is the digital space where all of your vacation reservations and entitlements are housed. To view your current theme park reservations online, click "My Plans" in the "My Disney Experience" drop-down menu. Scroll down to "My Plans, Reservations, and Tickets." In the My Disney Experience mobile app, click the three horizontal lines at the bottom right of your home screen and "Future Plans." Each park pass should appear under the appropriate date with a calendar checkmark icon that says "Disney Park Pass." The reservation details listed will include the park name, arrival times (typically listed as park open - close), and the number of Guests in your traveling party. Valid park admission is required to make a park pass reservation, so the presence of a park pass in your Future Plans means you're ready to head to the entrance gate! Scroll down to confirm the presence of other park pass reservations, listed separately by date. If you need to change your park pass at any time, no problem, you'll just need to cancel the existing park pass reservation, check the theme park reservation availability calendar, and make a new park pass reservation.

To obtain entry into the parks, you will need a Disney MagicMobile pass, MagicBand, and/or admission card. Once that Mickey touchpoint turns green, make your way into the park and bask in the well-deserved sense of accomplishment for a job well done. Consider grabbing a DOLE Whip or Mickey pretzel to celebrate!

Your planDisney sidekicks are here for you before, during, and after your vacation, Lisa.

    Ta ta for now,
    Jennifer
