how can we make sure the 2 rooms we booked will be next to each other?

Hi, Nina! Thanks so much for writing in!

Disney Cast Members recognize how important it is for families and friends to be close to one another during their time at the Walt Disney World Parks and Resort. To that end, every Cast Member does his/her level best to ensure that your needs will be met, and that you and your group will have rooms adjacent to, next to, or near one another.

Make sure that you give a call to (407) W-DISNEY and communicate your needs to your reservation specialist. Even if you booked your reservations online, you'll just want to double-check that your request is in the system.

When you arrive at your Resort hotel, you can confirm the with the Cast Member at check-in that all of your party are close together. Again, every effort will be made to honor your requests.

The Walt Disney World Resort hotels are known for their attention to detail, world-class service, and great big doses of Disney magic! Wherever you stay at Disney, you are in for the time of your life!

Please let me know if I can be of any further assistance as you prepare for this exciting adventure, and  enjoy your stay!

    See You Real Soon,
