Just to make sure Im understanding this ... the disney calendar shows for example magic kingdom open 9am-11pm with EMH in the evening on that day... does that mean its open until 2 am for magic hours??? is this correct or am i reaching? :) thanks!

Hi Tarah,

You are correct! Walt Disney World does state that the Extra Magic Hours for the Evenings are UP TO 3 HOURS EXTRA AFTER CLOSING, but I don't think I have ever witnessed anything under 3 hours for the evening extra hours. I would also assume that for an 11:00pm normal closing time for the Magic Kingdom would then make it a 2:00am closing time with the extra magic hours. You can always double check with a cast member while on vacation there, but until then I would get ready to be up late!!!! I hope you have fun in Magic Kingdom until the wee hours of the morning.
