Hi Rita,
Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!
It sounds like you have a ticket dilemma. I am glad to hear that you are checking prior to your visit. When I have multiple theme park tickets linked in My Disney Experience, I have to remember to call to have a cast member prioritize my tickets in My Disney Experience. When I have forgotten to prioritize my tickets and entered the parks, the system has pulled a ticket I needed to use at another date and, when I arrived on that date, I could not enter so I had to go by Guest Relations to get my tickets sorted.
I suggest that you
contact a cast member about existing tickets. She or he can give you specific information regarding the tickets linked in your My Disney Experience Account. I also suggest that you call before it is time to make your
Fast Pass+ selections. You want to be sure you have the correct number of days remaining on your tickets when making Fast Pass+ selections because you need valid theme park admission for each member of your party to make Fast Pass+ selections. As you make those Fast Pass+ selections, remember that, if you have Park Hopper tickets, you must make those initial three Fast Pass+ selections at the same park.
Rita, as you make your plans, I trust that a cast member can help you verify those tickets and you will have a wonderful trip. I know Mickey, Minnie and the gang cannot wait to see you!
Magic, memories and Minnie Mouse hugs,
Donyell
