Hi , I am supposed to go with my family to Disney this Thursday, the problem is it is going to be pouring rain , I did make reservations for Thursday at CA and Friday at Disney. Am I able to change the days I am attending

Hello there, Darling! We are so happy to have you stop by planDisney with your ticket question.

Oh boy! It sure has been a rainy week here in southern California, but that doesn't mean you have to skip out on the fun. There is still plenty of magic to be had at Disneyland Resort rain or shine. However, you are welcome to change plans and the days that you are wanting to visit. To schedule new reservations on your ticket, you will first need to cancel your existing reservations. You will want to head to the Ticket and Reservation Details page and click on "Make Park Reservations". This will take you to a new page that will show all of your upcoming theme park reservations. To the right of each reservation is an option to cancel the reservation. Once you cancel your reservation, that will free up a day to make a new theme park ticket reservation. Before you do all of this, I suggest you take a peek at the Theme Park Reservation Availability Calendar to make sure that there is availability for the new dates you are looking for.

If you decide to go singing in the rain and make the most of the weather, don't forget a poncho! These are ideal for a day in the parks and pack up small when the rain does decide to stop. While you have your poncho handy you might at well make good use of it and ride Splash Mountain one last time before we say goodbye to it and wait for it to be replaced with Tiana's Bayou Adventure!

Darling, thanks again for stopping by!

Well hello there, friend! I'm Carrie, a work-from-home mom and military wife who currently calls sunny San Diego home. You'll find my family in the parks braving drops and coasters to work up our appetite to take as many snack breaks as we can. While Disneyland is our home away from home, we love trying to make a Walt Disney World Resort vacation happen at least once a year now too. All my friends know I'm the go-to for Disney advice, so I'm here to help you plan and experience the magic on your visit! Learn More About Carrie
