we are supposed to go to disneyland this weekend...my son's, who is in college and living in the dorms, roommate has tested positive for covid and my son is quarantining is unable to go can we use his ticket at a later time

    Hi Sharon,

I'm so sorry to hear about your son's roommate! I hope your son is safe and healthy and that his roommate recovers quickly! When your son is ready to visit the Disneyland Resort, I do want you to know that Mickey's team of health and safety experts is closely monitoring the latest COVID-19 protocols!

As your son is currently unable to visit the Disneyland Resort, his Theme Park Ticket can absolutely be used at a future date. For the time being, you can cancel his current reservation by logging in to your Disneyland Resort account. Then select the "My Disneyland" link and click the "Ticket and Reservation Details" link. Next, select his reservation and click "Cancel Reservation". When he is ready to book a new reservation, you can log back in and move forward with the booking!

But please be aware that theme park tickets do expire. If his tickets happen to expire, you still have options! Per Disney's eTicket Terms & Conditions, any wholly unused, expired Disneyland Resort Theme Park tickets (except for special event tickets or tickets purchased from a third party), can be applied towards the purchase of a new Theme Park ticket in equal or greater value to what was paid for the original ticket. Good news right?
