Hi, Erica!
Welcome, and thanks for bringing
planDisney your question. After having to cancel your travel plans last year, I’m sure you’ve been extra excited about experiencing the magic of the
Disneyland Resort now that the theme parks have reopened!
The happy news is that many
theme park tickets (even those purchased via a third party company) that were set to expire in 2020 were extended due to the theme park closures. Most of those unused tickets now have an expiration date of December 16, 2021, and there’s a good chance the extension applies to yours too. Don't worry-- even if the extended expiration date arrives before you’re able to visit California, you should still be able to use the amount you paid for your tickets as credit toward new tickets in the future.
I suggest that you link the tickets you previously purchased to your account on
Disneyland.com or the
Disneyland mobile app because their current expiration date should be displayed. Once you have valid tickets linked, you can make a
theme park reservation online, pending availability, for everyone in your party. If you have any issues linking the tickets or if questions arise about the expiration dates, please call (714) 781-4636 to speak with a Cast Member.
I hope this helps you plan your pixie-dusted visit to the Happiest Place on Earth, Erica, and that you’re all able to enjoy your long-awaited vacation soon! Please stop by again with any other questions you might have.
Wishing you magic,
Courtney
