    I was supposed to be able to use my genie+ twice (once at 7am and again at 9am), however I was only able to use it at 7. I am being told I have to wait until 10:30 to use genie+ next. A rep on the phone told me I could use it twice this morning at 7 and 9

    Good morning, Akash, and welcome to the Most Magical Place on Earth! I'm sorry to hear that you're having some Genie+ issues, but you ain't never had a friend like me, and I'm happy to help you get it sorted out so you can get back to making magical memories!

    Akash, it sounds like you were up bright and early to make that first Genie+ selection at 7 AM (perfect way to start the magic!). For your second selection, you will be eligible two hours after your selected park opens or immediately after you have redeemed your 7 AM selection, whichever happens first! After your second selection, the general rule of thumb then becomes every two hours or after you have tapped into your most recent selection.

    I know this can sometimes be confusing, but as a quick tip, if you look on your Tip Board in the My Disney Experience mobile app, it will let you know the exact time you will be eligible to make an additional selection! I like to set an alarm on my phone for a few minutes before that time to remind me so I can be ready to grab the next one and maximize my usage of this service.

    Akash, I hope by the time you see this, you'll be well on your way to enjoying all the magic at the Walt Disney World Resort and using Genie+ to its full advantage! While you're in the parks, if you have any issues, you can also visit the Guest Experiences Team under the blue umbrellas who specialize in helping Guests with Genie+ questions.
