I have been in this same situation, Mark, and it's really quite simple to navigate if you are proactive. Here are my tips to making sure you have the correct ticket in the line-up when you go to scan into a theme park:
-Check the
My Disney Experience App. If you need to make a Park Reservation, you will be able to choose what ticket to attach to those reservations through the app.
-If your tickets do not require a Park Reservation, I highly recommend notifying the Cast Member as you scan in at the theme park entrance. They will be able to help allocate which ticket you would like to have used to gain entrance to the park.
-You can also visit
Guest Services to have them prioritize your tickets in a particular order.
My biggest tip is to check the "My Tickets & Passes" portion of the My Disney Experience App right after you enter the theme parks to be sure that the correct ticket was used. If it was not, immediately notify Guest Services and they will help correct any mistakes.
