Hello. Super excited to be staying at Bay Lake in only 14 days. I wanted to see if coffee, dish detergent, and laundry detergent came in the room. Any helpful hints as to what to bring along? I am using Garden Grocer to deliver some items - thanks!!

    Hi Michelle,

With a stay at Bay Lake Tower at Disney's Contemporary Resort coming up in less than two weeks, you must be bursting with excitement! Not only is this sleek and modern Resort amazing in its own right, but you will also be located in the heart of all the action - literally just steps away from Magic Kingdom.

I am happy to confirm you will find a small bottle of dish detergent and coffee (filter style pods) in your room upon check-in. If you are have booked a cash reservation, these supplies will be replenished on a daily basis by Mousekeeping. However, if you booked your stay with Disney Vacation Club points, your supplies will not be replenished until the 4th day of your stay. Therefore, you may wish to bring some extra coffee and filters from home or include it with your grocery order.

Michelle, if you are staying in a 1-3 Bedroom Villa at Bay Lake Tower, which include an in-room washer and dryer, complimentary laundry detergent will be provided. However, if you are staying in a Deluxe Studio, laundry detergent will be available for purchase in the 24-hour self-service laundry room.

In case you are not aware, Disney provides a Grocery Order delivery service for guests staying at Disney Vacation Club Resorts. The Bay Lake Tower Grocery Order form simply needs to be faxed at least 3 business days prior to check-in and your order will then be delivered to your room on your day of check-in. The form also provides a handy checklist and reminder for items you may wish to order. Definitely include some munchies, cold drinks and water!

Wishing you a magical upcoming Disney vacation!
