Welcome to planDisney, Felicia!
Like you, I'm so excited for the reopening of
Hoop-De-Doo Musical Review at
The Campsites at Disney's Fort Wildnerness Resort. I had the joy of eating here once and it was so much fun! The food was also delicious! Dinner and a show is my favorite way to roll.
I'm so glad that you stopped by with your question. One of the
many benefits of staying at a Disney Resort Collection hotel is the ability to make reservations up to 60 days in advance of your trip plus the length of your stay (up to 10 days). Reservation availability for select Walt Disney World restaurants typically begins each day at approximately 5:45 AM (EST).
Here's what I always tell people: Make sure that your credit card information is accurate and up-to-date on your My Disney Experience account. Set your alarm clock for about 5:30 AM (EST) on the day you can book (which will be May 26 in your case). Have an idea what times you'd be willing to book (try to be as flexible as you can). As soon as that clock hits 5:44 AM, start checking availability. Keep refreshing the page. If you see something, take it as fast as you can. I anticipate a lot of people are going to try and book a table for Hoop-Dee-Doo Musical Review on that day. So I'll be wishing upon a star that you get a table.
Here's a tip: after you finish your meal, take a
water taxi to Magic Kingdom Park when
Disney Enchantment is starting. If you time it right, you might enjoy a free fireworks cruise.
Have a great trip, Felicia!
Mike
