Is Sunshine Seasons is closed for breakfast from 31st July? If so, where is there for quick breakfasts, but more importantly, where do I get my Red Velvet Whoopee Pie from! It's a family tradition for my son and I to share one 😔

    Hello, my fellow Lynne!

Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel and thank you for asking us another question.

Unfortunately, it’s true that Sunshine Seasons won’t be serving up breakfast anymore after July 31st. While this may only be a temporary change, you’ve still got PLENTY of delicious breakfast options at Epcot in order to start your day. In Future World, Fountain View serves up some of your Starbucks favourites, including some breakfast sandwiches. That’s usually the first stop for this caffeine addict! Other options are located in World Showcase. From what I understand, La Cantina de San Angel has started serving breakfast, but my top pick would have to be Les Halles Boulangerie-Patisserie. Perhaps it’s the Quebecker in me, but there’s nothing better than starting the day with a perfect croissant!

From what I also understand, the Red Velvet Whoopee Pie is still available at Sunshine Seasons… just not for breakfast! I’ve also heard tales that whoopee pies are starting to show up in other Walt Disney World Resort restaurants, such as the King Whoopie Pie at Everything POP Shopping & Dining at Disney’s Pop Century Resort. Keep your eyes peeled - you never know when you may find a new favourite!

Please don’t hesitate to come back and see us if you have any other questions.

    Have a Magical Day,

    Lynne
