On Sunday Jan 12th, we are staying at the Port Orleans French Quarter Hotel and we have reservations for breakfast at Cinderella's Castle at the Magic Kingdom at 8 am. How will the buses be impacted between this resort and MK? Should I cancel?

It's great to see you here today at the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Debra!

Since your question is time-sensitive, I'll get right down to it and tell you that buses will be running between Disney's Port Orleans Resort - French Quarter and Magic Kingdom Park tomorrow morning so you do not need to cancel your Cinderella's Royal Table reservation. Your route there will likely be affected by some road closures for the Walt Disney World Marathon so for that reason, I recommend leaving at least an hour in advance of your reservation to ensure that you have enough time if you encounter any delays because of the race. You also have the option of arranging for Minnie Van Service to come and pick you up at your Resort Hotel and drop you off right in front of Magic Kingdom Park if you prefer a private ride. There will be a lane open for taxi and rideshare drop-offs at the Transportation and Ticket Center as well, so you can also head there and use the monorail or ferry to get to the entrance gate.

Since you're staying at a Walt Disney World Resort Hotel, I also recommend that you chat with the Lobby Concierge tonight and they'll be able to give you specific instructions for buses and other forms of transportation based on the most up-to-date information they have.

Have a magical day, Debra, and say hello to Cinderella for me!
