We are going to the D2 Summit in May and were wondering about making Fastpass+ reservations. We do not have access to a confirmation number or park tickets. Is there a way to get my confirmation number from Disney or make Fastpass+ reservations without it?

    Hi Natalie!

Congrats to your cheerleaders for competing in such a fun location and venue. They are going to have so much fun both on and off the mat, as well as make memories that will last a lifetime.

I actually called the competition hosts a few weeks ago to familiarize myself with this event from both the attendee and the coordinator side. Attendees will receive their Walt Disney World Resort Hotel confirmation number, Disney theme park tickets and MagicBands at package pickup during the event check-in process. The competition coordinators are not releasing individual reservation or ticket information prior to check-in, and the only way to schedule FastPass+ reservations is by uploading each ticket ID number into your My Disney Experience account.

I definitely recommend downloading the mobile My Disney Experience App now, and connecting your profile to any other friends or family members with whom you'd like to make attraction or dining reservations, so you can save that bit of time when you do get your tickets. Once your reservation information is in, you can take care of making all plans right from the app, even on the ride between getting your info to going to check-in to your resort hotel.

You are, however, able to make advanced dining reservations without needing any other reservation or ticket information, even for dining locations located within a Disney theme park.

Good luck to your group, Natalie, and We'll See You Real Soon!
