I hope you’re still enjoying the magical memories you made at Walt Disney World Resort! (I always feel like I have to ease myself out of vacation by watching my favorite shows on Disney+ for weeks after my trips!)
For Guests of
Disney Resorts Collection hotels, Walt Disney World Resort sends out itemized receipts after their stay! I recently returned home from a vacation, and I received my invoice right after I checked out in my email. This particular email comes from “disneyresorts” and the email is titled “Your Disney Resort Hotel Receipt” and it will have your pay folio invoice attached as a PDF. (You can print this PDF if you need/want to do so.) If you have not received this email, I would recommend checking your spam folder, as sometimes it lands there.
As for your
tickets — If you purchased these upon arrival, they may be within your Disney Resorts Collection pay folio email. If you purchased tickets before your trip, you should have an email from Walt Disney World Resort that contains a receipt of your purchase. (This would have been sent out the same day you purchased these tickets.)
If you are still unable to see your billing history, I would recommend calling the “My Past Walt Disney World Visit” line at (407) 939-6104. A Cast Member there will be more than happy to help you locate your receipts.
