Hello! This summer will be my first visit. I understand that we will receive our park tickets when we check in our hotel, but my flight will be arriving around 9 30 AM and check in for the hotel isn't until 4 PM. Can we pick up our tickets before check in?

Hi Kelly,

You will love staying on Walt Disney World property this summer! You can check in when you arrive at the resort, but your room is not guaranteed until after 4 pm. You will get your Key to the World cards upon check in which will have your room key and tickets on it (and Disney Dining Plan if you have this.) A Cast Member will call or text you when your room is ready. They will store your luggage for you as well. So, no worries, you can check in and be ready to play at the theme parks shortly after you arrive at the resort!
