Hey Glenn!
Welcome Home and welcome to
planDisney!
Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel & Spa is my favorite Disney Hotel. I love the craftsman style elegance throughout the resort and that it has its own entrance into Disney California Adventure Park. This is especially helpful with the opening of
Avengers Campus today. The weather should be nice and warm for your trip in August and I highly recommend you make some time on your trip to enjoy one of the
amazing pools on property. With three pools, a waterslide and a few spas, it makes for a perfect day to relax and enjoy some food and drinks from
GCH Craftsman Bar during your pool day.
Rooms with Club Level Service include exclusive access to The Veranda on the sixth floor. If you haven't heard already,
Club Level rooms and service returned to the Disneyland Resort starting today! If you haven’t been already, The Veranda was inspired by the Mackintosh-designed Willow Tea Rooms in Glasgow, United Kingdom. The space is absolutely gorgeous and provides an open air and whimsical feel.
At this time the only rooms that have access to the Veranda are the Standard View and Premium View Club Level rooms. If you’re staying in a Disney Vacation Club Villa or 1, 2, or 3 Bedroom Suite, those rooms do not come with access to The Veranda. You may consider changing your reservation or even adding a night or two in a Club Level Room to finish off your stay in a sophisticated space.
Well Glenn, if anything else comes up you know where to find us.
Remember, always believe in the Magic!
