Have the suite in AS Music with my husband, kids 6,12,13,18. Wanted an extra night but the suite is unavailable. I was thinking of trying another resort for the1st night. Would it be hard to move our things or should I just get connecting rooms there? thks

    Hi Liza!

The choice is yours!  Bell Services will do all of the hard work behind the scenes.  Upon checking out of the first resort, simply bring your luggage (or call bell services to come to your room) and let them know that you will be switching resorts (or rooms if you choose that option) and that you would like for them to hold it for you.  When you are all settled in your new room, give bell services a call and they will bring your luggage to your new room.  It is very important that you are in your room when they deliver it, as they cannot leave it otherwise.  Of course, if you switch hotels, it does take a while to get from one resort to the next and then to check in.  However, this could be a great opportunity to check out a new resort!
