Ahoy, Olinda!
Oh boy! It’s time. . . time for your Disney Cruise Line vacation! As much as I like to pack light, my suitcase always seems to be bursting at the seams after our cruise. Make sure you leave room for some souvenirs!
According to the
Cruise Contract, each Guest may bring a reasonable amount of clothing aboard the ship, at most two bags per person. When you arrive at the port, you’ll drop your bags off, and they will magically appear outside your stateroom. Staterooms are typically ready by 1:30 p.m., but your luggage may take a few more hours to arrive.
You’ll want to pack any
essential items in your carry-on luggage. I usually bring our swimsuits in my day bag so that after lunch we can enjoy the pools. Depending on your ship, you’ll have a variety of pools, water play areas, or waterslides to enjoy. Your carry-on bag must not exceed 22 inches high, 14 inches wide, and 9 inches deep. It needs to be small enough to fit through the security scanner.
I hope you PACK in as much fun as possible on your voyage. You can read all about the daily activities on the
Disney Cruise Line Navigator app. The app is like having your own personal Cruise Director in the palm of your hand. I hope you are feeling shipshape and ready to make memories to last a lifetime!
SEAS the adventure!
