Hi Margarita!
Visiting the
Walt Disney World Resort for the first time is so magically exciting at any age, but I do have a few suggestions for how you can make the most of your time during your visit!
First, make sure you take advantage of
FastPass+ and
Extra Magic Hours. This will help limit your time waiting in lines, which will help preserve energy for exploring the parks. I also highly recommend arriving at the parks before they officially open to help you beat some of the crowds. We love visiting the parks in the morning, taking a nap or a swim in the afternoon, and then going back out to the parks or to a pixie-dusted dinner reservation in the evening. This allows us to be able to really appreciate the magic without being too exhausted to notice all of the pixie-dusted details!
You may also want to check out all of the
services for Guests with mobility disabilities. Although he may not need a
wheelchair or
ECV, perhaps the
Disability Access Service (DAS) would be the perfect solution! My best advice is to simply take it slow, take the time to appreciate all of the magic that there is to experience, and don't try to fit too much into one day!
Have a Great Big Beautiful Tomorrow!
