suggestions for a first time trip to Disney would be great.. My daughter will be turning 13 while we are there..

    Hi Dan,

I'm so very happy to hEAR about your family's first visit to the Walt Disney World Resort! Celebrating your daughter's birthday there will be incredibly magical.

It's super easy to plan Big Fun for Big Kids. Please take a peek at some of my suggestions below:

    1. Book a Royal Guest Room at Disney's Port Orleans Resort - Riverside. She will be dazzled by the ornate beds featuring headboards with fiber-optics special effects.
    2. Arrange to surprise her with a room full of personalized treats from Mickey Mouse and his pals. Please contact Disney Floral & Gifts at (407) WDW-GIFT (407-939-4438).
    3. Be sure to reserve FastPass+ for Avatar Flight of Passage prior to your visit. It is THE most popular attraction right now.
    4. Book reservations at Table-Service restaurants. Dining reservations can be made 180 days in advance.
    5. Arrange for one of the delicious birthday Cakes at Walt Disney World Resort.
    6. Stop by Guest Relations to pick up her complementary birthday button. It can be customized with her name. She'll receive birthday wishes throughout the day.
    7. At Magic Kingdom Park, visit The Chapeau to get her a festive "Happy Birthday Ear Hat."

Wishing your daughter an unforgettable birthday celebration at the place where The Magic is Endless!
