What suggestions do you have for ADRs on xmas eve and xmas day? Read that MK may fill up fast on that day. Would like to go to MK and eat at Chef Mickey's for Breakfast and CP for late lunch. Is this possibly too stressfull?

It is certainly magical to be at Walt Disney World on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day!  I cherish the memories when our family used that time for a wonderful vacation!

It is going to be a very crowded time in the parks and those two days will be some of the most crowded.  The Magic Kingdom can fill up quickly on Christmas Day and they will close it to all guests once they reach park capacity. My suggestion is to try for a dining reservation at the Crystal Palace either mid morning or lunch time and skip the Chef Mickey idea for that day.  I would hate to have you dining at the Contemporary and then not be able to get into the park because it had filled.  I always feel better getting into the park of my choice on those holidays early.

Chef Mickey's is a great character dining experience and perhaps that would work best for Christmas Eve.  Another idea is to try for a Candlelight Procession dining package for that night in EPCOT.  You did not mention children's ages but if they are not too young this is a tremendously moving and beautiful show with choirs and orchestras and a guest narrator telling the Christmas story.  It would be a perfect event for Christmas Eve and there are three shows nightly.

Be sure you are aware of your dining reservation window as these two days will book quickly.  Call 407-939-3463 to book.
