Hi Jami!
Your Disney Cruise Line vacation is literally just around the corner and I am so excited for you and KNOW you must be too! Don’t forget your costumes for fun
Halloween on the High Seas activities; my family loves Mickey’s Mouse-querade Party where you can dress in costume and trick-or-treat in the atrium AND dance with Mickey and friends during a fun dance party!
I completely understand your concern about the late dinner seating, so I recommend that once you get your Personal Navigator check where you can go once onboard to change your dining time! I can’t make any promises, but they will usually do whatever they can to accommodate Guests so that you have the best experience possible. So, first things first, stop by and see if you can be changed to the main seating.
The
suggested gratuities are paid to the stateroom host or hostess, your dining room server and assistant server as well as the head server. The suggested amount is $12/Guest per day, so a family of 4 would pay $48/day and it is divided between the above four Cast Members. Gratuities are completely at your discretion, but the suggested amount will be automatically added to your stateroom folio at the end of your sailing unless you stop by Guest Services to make changes.
If you choose not to dine during your dinner service, you can opt for a seated dinner at Cabanas, quick-service food by the pool or Room Service. Gratuities cannot be paid to those servers, except for Room Service, so I recommend bringing some small bills with you to tip for delivery.
Sending pixie dust your way that your dining time gets changed and you can experience the FANTASTic dining rooms!
Happy Sailing!
Stephanie
