Can you suggest where to stay for two older adults that is not too $$?

Hello, Louise!  I'm so excited to hear about your upcoming vacation with a fellow guest!

If you are looking for somewhere for two older adults to stay without splurging, you will absolutely love Disney's Port Orleans Resort - French Quarter.  The smallest property on resort, French Quarter offers breathtaking New Orleans-style architecture and landscaping, and is very easy to get around; you'll feel like Princess Tiana herself may be just around the corner.

Treat yourself to the large pools, the Scat Club, or my husband's favorite beignets for breakfast in the recently renovated Sassagoula Floatworks and Food Factory Food Court.  Port Orleans - French Quarter is quiet, quaint, and offers amazing amenities at a Moderate Resort price.  For instance, I enjoy the quick water taxi rides to Disney Springs and the swift bus service to the other parks from two adjacent Walt Disney World Bus Service stops.  Be sure to stop by the fountain in the iron and glass window-clad lobby.  Make a wish for me as you toss in a colorful Mardi Gras coin!

    Have a celebratory vacation, Lindsey

Hey, y'all! I'm Lindsey, a social media-savvy gal that wears her #Disneyside on her sleeve (along with her trading pin collection!). I'm proud to say that my husband and our two Mouseketeers share my love for the Walt Disney World Resort and all it's magic, so get ready to ask me about new things to see and do on your vacation. I particularly love sharing off-the-beaten-path activities and always encourage visitors to try something new on each trip. Adventure is out there! Learn More About Lindsey
