Would you suggest renting a car if at a moderate or value resort w a 2 turning 3 yr old for 5-7 days planning Disney only activities but wanting character dining on several days & leaving parks midday for naps & returning? Or is Disney trans. fine

Skip the rental car and save your money. The transportation system at Walt Disney World will get you to and from your resort to the theme parks as needed. We travel by car from our home to our resort, park, and rarely, if ever, get back in our automobile. Returning to our room for our beloved afternoon break is one of the easier trips because the buses are least crowded at this time. Buses run frequently all day though they are crowded at park closing times and may require some waiting due to the high volume. You may hire a taxi with a car seat for transportation once or twice if you need to more easily and cheaply than renting a car. Just have the Concierge Desk at your resort call a cab for you.
