    Can you suggest a loop closest to main pool with full hook up in FW We have an autistic grandson and I worry very much about what appears to be an awful lot of bus riding. He loves swimming so 2nd ? how late is pool open in Feb

    Thanks for visiting Disney Parks Moms Panel.

    I'm happy to hear you're planning your Walt Disney World vacation and a stay at The Campsites at Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort. I'm thinking you're asking about Meadow Swimmin’ Pool with its fun corkscrew waterslide. The Meadow Recreation Area is situated in the central area of the Resort and you can explore the area with the Resort's online interactive map. After doing some virtual exploring of my own, I'd say loop 1400 looks to be a good spot to consider as it's located just above Chip ‘N’ Dale Sing Along Area, the Campfire Area, and Meadow Swimmin’ Pool. My best suggestion is to reach out to the Walt Disney Travel company at (407) 939-5277 and talk through options that would make a best fit and most convenient site for your stay. While February pool hours weren't posted yet, I can share that pool hours are typically 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. 

    Christopher, I also want to share that my good friend and fellow Disney Parks Moms Panelist Veronica says her family loves to use their golf cart to get around the Resort and notes that you can rent one. I'll also share a sweet treat tip from another good friend and fellow Disney Parks Moms Panelist Robyn who tells me the Strawberry Short Cake at P & J's Southern Takeout is amazingly delicious!
