Hi moms, what do you suggest that my husband and I need to pack in our backpack to carry around the park?

Hello Starla and welcome to the Disney Parks Mom´s Panel.

Two adults touring Walt Disney World parks should not need much to carry around the park, but that depends on each guest taste.  Still, a backpack is a utility that any vacation group should always use, does not matter the size of the group, or the bag as well.

What you carry around will also depend on the time of year you decide to visit.
In the colder months some layers and a well made zippered jacket will do.  Nothing heavy will be necessary.
During most of the year it will be hot, humid and many times wet, so it is good to use or carry water shoes or sandals.  Hoods or ponchos are also excellent (also works for water rides on cold months) and do not take much space - when dry of course.

Regardless of the time of year, my family always carry:
    - Water, water everywhere!
    - Camera
    - Snacks
    - Sunglasses

    Also:
    - First Aid kid & medicines
    - Personal hygiene
    - Small towel
    - Extra clothing
    - Sanitizer
    - options are endless.

It is up to each guest to decide what they want or need to carry.
One thing is for sure, a bag is an excellent thing to use while at Walt Disney World.

Happy to help you plan a magical Disney vacation.
Hope to hear more from you.
