Hi Sue! I read your response to a Q about deck chair rental at Typhoon Lagoon. Do you know of anything similar at Blizzard Beach? Only 28 days to go! Any hints on how to cope with the excitement? Thank you!

    Hi Jill!

Thank you for visiting the Moms Panel!

Yes, there are premium beach spaces available at Blizzard Beach.  These are called Lodge Picnic Umbrellas, and include two lounge chairs, an umbrella, a cocktail table and four towels.  These spaces are located in a quiet, secluded area, and are limited to a maximum of four people.  These are also only accessible If you are wearing a special wristband.

Visit Snowless Joe's at Blizzard Beach to check same-day availability or call (407) 939-7589 for additional information and advance reservations.

As for coping with your holiday countdown….I am doing this right now, with our own holiday almost here.  I am trying to keep the excitement down a little by concentrating on my packing lists (of which I have many!), my holiday shopping lists (for when we are there), and ensuring my flight bag has all the things we need for a long-haul flight, then we will be set to go!

I can feel your excitement! Your holiday will be here before you know it !  I hope you have a wonderful time at Walt Disney World, and don’t forget if you have any last-minute questions, please come back and
    ask me.
