how do i submit a room request

    Hi Scott,

Welcome to planDisney and thank you for dropping by with your question about Disney Resorts Collection Hotel Rooms.  I am so glad to see you are looking at staying at a Disney Resorts Collection Hotel, there are so many wonderful perks that come along with your reservation!

In order to make a request, during the online check-in process in My Disney Experience, there is a section about room requests.  There is also a button to click if the request is more important than getting an early room, so I suggest checking that box as well during the process.  If the options listed do not meet your needs or specific request, you could always call the Resort directly and make the request that way.  If I have a request that is important, I do like to call and make sure I request directly with the resort, as all requests are first come first serve and not guaranteed.  I ask the Cast Member to make a note in my file, and that way I know the request will be seen and remembered.

I hope you decide to visit Walt Disney World Resort sooner rather than later, Scott.  If you have any other questions, please come back and visit planDisney again, we are always happy to help.
