It is so great to hear that you had such a positive experience with a Cast Member! They truly go out of their way to make Guests feel special and ensure their trips are magical. Usually there is an option to stay on the line after you've spoken with a Cast Member to take a brief survey about your experience where you can give that positive feedback. If that was not an option, I would suggest
emailing the Disneyland Resort directly and sending that positive review and the name of the Cast Member, the date you spoke with them, and what they assisted you with. Even though the email form is usually meant for a question, it can't hurt to send along a compliment, and hopefully it makes its way to that Cast Member.
Speaking of cast compliments, there is a feature in the
Disneyland app where you can acknowledge those amazing Cast Members who added some pixie dust to your day! After you open up the app, tap the three horizontal bar icon in the bottom right-hand corner, and scroll down to tap "Cast Compliment". From there, you're able to recognize that special Cast Member who helped make your day magical!
