Disney Cast Members have a wonderful way of adding a little extra pixie dust to our vacations, and I think it is so thoughtful that you want to make sure this Cast Member gets the recognition they deserve.
So, let’s jump right into it, Mary Ann! To submit a Cast Compliment, open your
My Disney Experience app and select the three horizontal lines at the bottom of the screen. Scroll down until you see Cast Compliment under the Help & Feedback section.
From there, select why you want to recognize the Cast Member and choose the location where your interaction took place. If you don't see the specific location listed, select Other. Then, enter the Cast Member’s first name, the date of your interaction, and their hometown if you happen to know it. Once you've filled everything out, tap Submit.
If you would like to share a little more about your experience, you can also visit the
Help Center on the Disney website and select
Contact Us. This option gives you more room to share the details of your experience and explain exactly how that Cast Member helped make your day a little more magical.
