Hello there, Jaclyn!
Welcome to planDisney. We're delighted you've dropped by with an excellent
Walt Disney World Resort vacation planning question! Though there's lots of fun to be shared and giggles to be had at The Most Magical Place on Earth, there's no such thing as a silly question here. I'd be more than happy to help your group prepare for an enchanting escape to the Walt Disney World Resort!
Jaclyn, at this time, standard date-based theme park tickets do not require
theme park reservations. (If you selected a start date for your tickets to be used at the time of purchase, then your tickets are likely date-based.) In this case, each member of your travel party may use their tickets as they wish, visiting any of the four theme parks anytime within a
four-day window of each ticket's start date! Additionally, if your tickets include the
Park Hopper option, your group can "hop" between the theme parks within the same day. I encourage you to connect with each member of your group via the Family & Friends functionality in My Disney Experience ahead of your visit, Jaclyn. This will allow you to include one another in Disney Genie+ service purchases,
Lightning Lane entry selections, dining reservations, virtual queues, and more!
There's so much to see and do outside the theme parks, Jaclyn. If staying at a
Disney Resort hotel, your travel party will enjoy a multitude of recreational activities and dining experiences at each property. For a day of shopping, snacking, and unique entertainment, visit
Disney Springs. In the evenings, this is the best spot for high-energy live entertainment and after-dinner drinks! Finally, if you're feeling like some friendly competition, check out one of the miniature golf courses on property -
Winter Summerland is my family's personal favorite.
Jaclyn, I hope this information helps your group prepare for a thrill-filled vacation at The Most Magical Place on Earth! If you have any additional questions throughout your visit, you're always welcome to stop back by
planDisney again - where there are no silly questions.
Warm wishes,
Lauren
