Hi, Jeffrey!
Yep, there is no doubt about it. When traveling with your family, you are bound to be carrying around "stuff" when going to the theme parks at Walt Disney World. Each trip, I hope to avoid the bags, backpacks, and totes, but by the time we gather sunglasses, sunscreen, hoodies, and phones, a bag is filled (and let's face it, mom or dad are stuck with it for the day!)
Most attractions allow you to keep your belongings with you. Rarely am I without my tote bag of goodies and it stays with me. If you have a
stroller, you will find parking areas to leave it parked, and you can always store items there (never leave valuables).
Lockers are available at the front of each theme park if you prefer to lock up your items, and there are even lockers near Kali River Rapids in Animal Kingdom to avoid your backpacks from getting soaked.
Last time my family rode Rock 'n' Roller Coaster, my kids had just purchased light sabers from
Launch Bay. The Cast Members took these from us and had them waiting at the end of our ride on our stretch limo, so if your items are too large, ask a Cast Member for assistance.
If you are shopping and buy a lot of merchandise, remember that you can use
package delivery to have your items sent to the front of the park for later pick-up, your items sent to your resort, or for a fee, shipped home.
Hopefully one of these options will work for that inevitable stuff you will be carrying around with you!
Cathy
