Hi Amanda!
Thanks for stopping by planDisney with your question.
I'm so happy to hEAR you're planning a visit to Walt Disney World Resort! There are memories just waiting to be made when you vacation at The Most Magical Place on Earth.
In 2019, Walt Disney World began offering guests a brand new type of transportation with the
Disney Skyliner. Connecting four resorts and two theme parks, the Skyliner is a convenient, quick travel option for guests of
Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort,
Disney's Pop Century Resort,
Disney's Art of Animation Resort, and
Disney's Riviera Resort. Brightly colored gondolas, some featuring Disney pals, animated films, and Walt Disney World attractions can carry up to ten guests at a time and give guests a bird's eye view of Walt Disney World Resort.
No need to worry if you're not a big fan of heights and have booked a stay at a Disney Resorts Collection hotel that's on the Disney Skyliner route. While there are many guests that will take to the skies and travel via Skyliner gondolas to visit
Disney's Hollywood Studios and
Epcot, complimentary bus transportation is also provided for those who aren't so keen to travel at an elevated height.
Here's where you can locate the bus stops at each resort:
- Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort: Located at Old Port Royale Centertown
- Disney's Pop Century Resort: Located outside Classic Hall
- Disney's Art of Animation Resort: Located outside Animation Hall
- Disney's Riviera Resort: Located in front of the resort, under the awnings near the parking lot
Buses run approximately every twenty minutes.
I hope this helps with your planning and preparation for your upcoming Walt Disney World Resort vacation. Have a magical day!
